The letter of intent (LOI) submission phase for Cycle X is now closed.
All applicants will be notified about the outcome of the LOI review at the end of January 2009.
Applicants admitted to the second reviewing phase will be asked to submit a Full Application within 5 weeks after notification - an exact deadline will be provided.
